party snacks

SuperBowl 51 is here! Which team are you rooting for?

Growing up in Baltimore, I am a Ravens fan by default, but admittedly am not a huge football fan. So if my team is not playing, I’m not as invested. With that said, since my hubby is a die hard Patriots fan and STILL bought us season tickets to the Ravens games, I kind of HAVE to cheer for the Pats….don’t ya think???

Honestly, I’ll be paying closer attention to the food and the commercials. Oh, and my new baby nephew who on SuperBowl Sunday will be 23 stinkin cute days old! Check my Instagram feed & story @Outsidethebox_nutrition where I’m sure there will be plenty of food and baby pics!

Last year, I wrote a blog with some tips on how to be SuperBowl Successful. <– Check that out by clicking on the link

This year, I have three really simple recipes to add to my collection that are great party snacks. They are all dairy free and I promise, they’re so tasty that no one will even notice!

If you like Nachos, try my Shredded Chicken Nachos      img_20170204_124350

My husband LOVES deviled eggs, so I figured it was time to create my own recipe for Deviled Eggs. img_20170204_125747

When I bought the Sour Cream for the nachos, and the Jackson’s Honest potato chips, the most random thought struck me; I haven’t had Sour Cream & Onion Dip in YEARS!!! I should make that! And so I did……find the recipe here. img_20170204_103456

I hope you and your friends/family enjoy these party snacks & if you make them, don’t forget to snap a photo and tag me @Outsidethebox_nutrition on Instagram or @OTBNutrition on Facebook!

If you need any other ideas, I highly recommend you check out Juli Bauer’s blog PaleOMG.com (search for Superbowl in the search feature) and The 21 DSD Game Day – Recipe Roundup!
