I don’t go to Whole Foods very often, maybe once every 4 months or so, because I can easily spend 2 hours and $200 in there. So I try not to make it a regular thing. I can get everything I need from my local Giant or Safeway and then order a few extras online from Amazon or Thrive Market or any of my favorite small businesses. But every now and then, I like to venture to WF to check out all the fancy new items they’ve got.

I shared a story while I was there with lots of pictures of random items that caught my eye as I will do every now and again. A story on Insta, in case you’re not familiar, is a newer feature where you can post 15 second videos or pictures that only appear for 24 hours. They are found at the top of the screen. Instagram is also where you’ll find most of my food pictures and new recipes. The really good ones that I actually measure out I will publish here on my Recipes page!
