My husband loves him some deviled eggs. So do I. Plus, Deviled Eggs are one of the easiest party snacks to make so I figured it was time I created my own recipe. Usually when I make Hard Boiled eggs, I buy them from the grocery store pre-cooked and pre-peeled cause it’s easier 🙂 However, I just purchased an Instant Pot and discovered the secret to easy hard boiled eggs!
*PRO TIP* BUY AN INSTANT POT, then learn how to make the easiest hard boiled eggs ever in about 15 minutes. Yes, this is about the same amount of time it would take on the stove top, but I promise you these IP eggs peel SO much more easily! The yolks also popped right out and when I’ve made deviled eggs in the past I struggled so hard trying to clean those yolks out! Check out the recipe to see for yourself!

Makes: 12 halves Cook Time: 10 minutes Prep Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 30 minutes
3 tbsp. Jamie’s Magic Mayo (without the Rosemary)
1/2 tsp raw horseradish
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
6 Hard Boiled Eggs
1-2 pinches of Hiwa Kai Black Sea Salt, or other course ground sea salt
2 strips bacon
