Just a quick reminder

Fat, Carbs and Protein….. You need all three of these to make your body perform at its best. Cutting out any one of these will short circuit the way your body functions. There may be some temporary visual benefit, but the long term progress will not be there. Don’t cheat yourself. Balance between these three Macro-Nutrients is the place to start.
