Spring is here! and it FINALLY feels like it here in Maryland where we experience all four seasons all year long. Yesterday, on April 11, it was 85 degrees and felt like the middle of June and today it is cloudy & rainy and 60. So there ya have it – MD weather at it’s best!
Anyhow, this warm weather makes me want lots of iced coffees. I don’t even drink coffee that much anymore, but for some reason warm weather makes me want them and I know I am not alone in this. So to save you $5 every day at Starbucks and about 500 calories, I made this delicious sugar free version of an iced mocha!

*In case you were wondering (I know you want to go back and count how much egg white I actually added) it was 5 tbsp. Close enough!
Iced Mocha Recipe:
8-10 oz. cold brew or iced coffee
6 tbsp liquid egg whites (from a container)
1/4 – 1/2 tsp Nunaturals Cocoa Syrup depending on how sweet you want it
Add all ingredients to a blender except the cinnamon (or add the cinnamon for a Mexican Mocha!) and blend 5-10 seconds. Pour slowly over a tall glass with ice and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Drink with a straw!
This drink contains 2g carbs, 10g protein and only 48 calories!
